Revenue Manager | Work from Anywhere

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will develop revenue strategies, analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and work closely with hotel partners to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability for assigned hotel partners.

• Manage and optimize hotel performance across Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms, improving visibility, ranking, and conversion.

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.

• Create, adjust, and execute pricing strategies based on market conditions, occupancy, and business forecasts.

• Lead monthly revenue meetings with hotel partners, presenting performance reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA partners to leverage new features, campaigns, and promotional opportunities.

• Manage the onboarding and registration process for new hotel partners across OTA platforms.

• Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue strategies are effectively executed.

• Support and guide team members to maintain efficient operations and high-quality service.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, E-Commerce, or a related hospitality field.

• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, reservation systems, and OTA extranets.

• Solid understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and market analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate fluently in both Thai and English.

• Ability to manage multiple hotel accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
